We collect information primarily to deliver the core services of the hybrid exhibitions platform, facilitate networking, and improve your experience.

This information is provided when registering, setting up a profile, or using interactive features:

  • Professional Profile Data: Company description, product categories, event interests, services offered, marketing preferences, and uploaded files (catalogs, brochures).
  • Payment Data: If purchases are made through the Marketplace, we collect transaction details for accounting purposes.
  • Meeting Data: Information regarding your scheduled 1-on-1 meetings, session attendance, and networking requests.

When you access the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical information:

C. Images and Videos

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that your photograph, voice, and likeness may be taken and recorded during the event. You grant the Organizer the right to use, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter existing, such images, audio, and video for any purpose, including but not limited to future marketing, promotional, and educational materials, without any further approval or payment. You also waive any privacy and publicity interests you may have in such images.
